| Network Usage Policy
Effective February 1, 2019; members of The Global Religious
E-Learning Network (THEGREN), are required to upload an image for their avatar.
Violators will be reminded twice, before membership is terminated for 15 days.
All members are required to adhere to the rules and regulations established by The
Global Religious E-Learning Network (THEGREN). Violators will be reprimanded
and/or terminated, based on the level of
violation. To learn more about violation reprimands and termination,
please review the list below:
First-time any member violates rules and regulations,
will result in a written notification,
delivered via the internal messaging system. A response is required, if you
receive a written notification, acknowledging receipt of the notification. A
response should include the reason why, you neglected to adhere to the policy
or rule, you violated. And a written commitment stating, you will cease the
practice of behavior that resulted in the violation.
Second-time any member violates rules and regulations, will
result in a written notification, delivered via the internal messaging system,
and a 15 day termination of membership. Membership terminations are a serious
offense. Members who are found in violation of the rules and regulations or
policies established by The Global Religious E-Learning Network (THEGREN), who
do not take a serious approach to compliance, do not deserve to remain actively
involved in an e-learning network, built by the scholars, who help maintain the
existence of this e-learning network.
Third-time any member violates rules and regulations, will
result in permanent termination of membership, and the IP address associated
with the device utilized to register with The Global Religious E-Learning Network
(THEGREN), will be registered on a Block IP address list.
*There are no exceptions to these established rules and regulations.
Maintaining an effective policy demanding the respect of others’ and the
language, viewpoints, and attitudes expressed by all members, cannot be
ignored. Thus, as a member of The Global Religious E-Learning Network
(THEGREN), you are required to be respectful of all other members’, and their
language, viewpoints, and attitudes; regarding subject matter content, i.e.
discussion post, discussion post responses; uploaded images, videos, and music.
Doing so helps The Global Religious
E-Learning Network (THEGREN), maintain its mission and goals.
